basic flow: Ongoing classes for the beginning or continuing student seeking to learn the basics of yoga postures, breathing practices, and concepts. Students will build their basic skills into flowing sequences, with a focus on combining breath with movement.

mixed level: These classes embrace a full range of levels, with modifications and opportunities to intensify or simplify.

intermediate: Classes for the intermediate yoga student seeking to both solidify one’s understanding and push one’s limits physically, mentally, and energetically.

drop-in: $15

5 class card (good for 2 months): $60

unlimited monthly membership: $100
